Guest Wi-Fi privacy notice

Vanara collects the information submitted on the guest Wi-Fi form together with technical connection information such as device MAC address, assigned IP address, access point identifier and connection time.

We use this information to provide and secure guest internet access, investigate misuse, understand visitor categories and, only where separate consent is given, send occasional marketing communications.

Wi-Fi registration data is retained for the period configured by Vanara and then removed. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Vanara Resort & Spa.

Do not use the guest Wi-Fi for unlawful activity, network attacks, harassment, copyright infringement or attempts to access other guests’ devices or Vanara’s internal systems.
