Privacy notice

VANARA collects the information submitted on the guest Wi-Fi form together with technical connection information such as device MAC address, assigned IP address, access point identifier and connection time.

We use this information to provide and secure guest internet access, investigate misuse, understand visitor categories and send one post-visit request for honest feedback. Resort guests receive that request seven days after registration; other eligible visitors receive it after 24 hours.

The feedback request is not a promotional email. Business partners, suppliers and VANARA internal addresses are excluded. Every request includes a way to stop future review requests.

Email addresses provided through the guest Wi-Fi system may also be used for occasional VANARA resort updates and invitations. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and addresses that unsubscribe are suppressed from future marketing campaigns. Wi-Fi registration data is retained for the period configured by VANARA and then removed.

Do not use the guest Wi-Fi for unlawful activity, network attacks, harassment, copyright infringement or attempts to access other guests’ devices or VANARA’s internal systems.
